Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our brands and products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create compelling brand stories, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and managing the overall brand image. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies, promotional plans, and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, sales tools, and traditional advertising.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assess and analyze the performance of the brand’s product portfolio.
- Foster vendor relationships through onboarding, annual reviews, and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated independent initiative.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and consumer insights analysis.
